In an effort to improve sales and make it easier on the community, the Palestine FFA chose to use a new approach to it’s meat and cookie sales this year.  “Rather than taking orders and making the customers wait for delivery, we ordered everything up front so this year it will be a cash and carry sale.”  Said Donnie W. Reed, PHS Ag teacher.   The items will be in the week of November 12, and will be sold on a first come-first served basis. No pre-order or pre-payment is needed.     We can and will make deliveries for our customers that call to place an order, however payment will be due upon delivery.   “We looked at our amounts sold for the past two years and ordered a little more than what was sold before.  We should have enough to meet demand.” 

 

Items to be sold include: Roll Sausage, patty sausage, hickory smoked and peppered bacon, hot links, pigs in a blanket, sausage egg and cheese biscuits, chicken strips, tamales, beef and chicken fajitas, smoked turkeys and hams, cinnamon or garlic monkey breads, pre-cooked and ready to serve cheeseburgers, cookies, pickle pops and beef jerky.  

 

Fruit will be ordered in Mid-November.
